Terms and conditions governing acquisitions, authenticity certifications, and delivery services at KMHEER Gallery.
Order specification
The binding specification is the artwork, size, print material, frame, edition status, price and shipping shown in the order summary at confirmation. Room previews are visual simulations, not measurements of your space.
Limited editions
Adding an artwork to the cart does not permanently secure an edition number. Reservation becomes order-linked, and ownership is confirmed after payment and order approval.
Payment and cancellation
Placing an order does not automatically charge funds when manual transfer is selected. Follow the selected payment instructions and contact us promptly to amend an order before preparation begins.
Returns and issues
The configured return request window is 3 days, subject to condition and customized nature.
